In
2004 Russ created his own publishing company - Fishing The
North Country!
Fishing
the North Country is introducing four books with Ken
Jackson, St. Germain, WI on fishing the famed waters of northern
Wisconsin. These books will feature new research and presentations
for today's busy angler visiting or vacationing in Wisconsin's
famous Lakeland Region. Books released in 2004 will include
Boulder Junction, Mercer & Turtle-Flambeau Flowage,
Presque Isle & Winchester and the St. Germain region.
In 2005 additional books will available, including Minocqua
Region; Cisco Chain, Land O'Lakes, Philips & Conover Region,
and Eagle River/Three Lakes Region.
Recently,
he authored the first ever book on Michigan's Sylvania Tract,
near Land O' Lakes, WI. This famous wilderness area is renown
for its clear water bassin' for bronzebacks. The book - FISH
SYLVANIA - is in its third printing.
His recent
book, published by Fishing Hot Spots Inc., titled SMALLMOUTH!
AMERICA'S TOP BASS WATERS, details the premier
smallmouth waters of North America. Besides discussing the
bass resource of each of these lakes and rivers, Warye details
the productive presentations for anglers - from Dale Hollow
to Lake of the Woods. His latest book, published July 2001,
is WALLEYE! TOP LAKES AND RIVERS OF NORTH AMERICA.
It will be followed by one featuring the best muskie waters,
titled, MUSKIE! THE PREMIER WATERS OF NORTH AMERICA
(May 2002). The smallmouth, walleye and muskie books will
be the third, fourth and fifth titles, respectively, in what
FHS has titled THE DESTINATION SERIES.
